Today Telegram Bot API was unresponsive for a while hence bots were not working. Such accidents not worth to be posted about in channel but I still want to inform you because you’re coming with a feedback. What a coincidence, Telegram just announced stories for channels which is a great tool for a time sensitive events like that. Telegram has become stricter and forced me to reslove an old mess I wrote long time ago. Should be fine by now. If you still experience any issues, please report to the support account.

For many years there had been only one problem caused by that poorly written code: occasionally users complained to me that they can’t play with their friends.
All of them had “ H” (space followed by Latin capital letter H) in their names. This particular sequence of characters won’t be encoding properly.
It was so rare that instead of fixing the problem I had been suggesting them to replace that sequence of characters with “ Н”. It looks the same but in fact this is Cyrillic letter “Н” (sounds like N in English)😬
