🚨 ELECTION ALERT: An Arkansas judge has DISMISSED the murder charge against Aaron Spencer, the Army combat vet and GOP sheriff nominee who shot the man accused of sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter.

Spencer woke at 1 a.m. to find his daughter gone. He tracked her down in the passenger seat of 67-year-old Michael Fosler’s truck, forced the vehicle off the road, and shot Fosler, who he says lunged at him.

Spencer never denied pulling the trigger. He said he did it to protect his child.

The case fell apart because law enforcement LOST the dash-cam SD card that may have captured the whole thing. The judge ruled the mishandling was “so egregious that dismissal of this case is warranted,” even calling it the “appearance of a coverup.”

No more trial. Spencer is on the November ballot for sheriff, running against the same office that arrested him.
