On March 12, Jin10 reported that Shanjin International announced during its performance briefing that the Osino project in Namibia is expected to commence production in the first half of 2027. According to Jin10, the project is anticipated to yield an annual gold production capacity of 5 tons once fully operational. The Osino project will utilize open-pit mining, with an ore grade of 1.07g/t and a recovery rate of no less than 90%. The estimated total cost is projected to be between $1,100 and $1,200 per ounce.
