Circle has called on European Union policymakers to expedite reforms to the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) framework and expand the use of stablecoins in securities settlement. According to NS3.AI, Circle highlighted that the existing regulations continue to limit liquidity and hinder institutional adoption.
