The Sagrada FamÃlia in Barcelona has reached a significant milestone with the completion of the exterior structure of the Jesus Christ Tower. According to Ming Pao, the final component, an arm of the three-dimensional cross, was successfully installed last Friday, marking the tower's completion at a height of 172.5 meters. This achievement further solidifies its status as the tallest church in the world. Designed by Antoni GaudÃ, the Sagrada FamÃlia is planned to have 18 towers. At the time of GaudÃ's death in 1926, only one tower had been completed. The Jesus Christ Tower is the fourteenth to be finished.
