USDT0, a stablecoin protocol, has been launched on the Tempo blockchain, which was developed collaboratively by Stripe and Paradigm. According to ChainCatcher, USDT0 is issued based on LayerZero's Omnichain Fungible Token standard and is pegged 1:1 with USDT. It utilizes a lock and mint/burn mechanism to facilitate seamless transfers across multiple chains without the need for bridges.
