According to PANews, Japanese company Remixpoint has announced a shift in its investment strategy, opting to halt its planned investment in Web3.0-related ventures. The decision comes as the company finds it challenging to identify high-growth potential projects that also offer a balanced risk-reward profile in the current business climate. Consequently, the 1.2 billion yen (approximately $7.75 million) initially earmarked for Web3-related investments will now be redirected towards the battery and energy sectors.
In addition, Remixpoint has utilized 4.76 billion yen (approximately $30.74 million) of the total 5.976 billion yen (approximately $38.6 million) raised to purchase Bitcoin, with the entire amount invested by June.
