Biconomy and the Ethereum Foundation have introduced ERC-8211, a new execution standard designed for on-chain AI agents. According to NS3.AI, this standard enables agents to manage multi-step decentralized finance (DeFi) actions while maintaining a live on-chain state. Released on April 6, the specification includes an open-source reference implementation and a live demonstration.
