According to Foresight News, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining has announced plans to raise $1.1 billion through the issuance of convertible senior notes due in 2031. This new offering represents an increase from the previously announced $800 million principal amount. The issuance and sale are scheduled to settle on September 30, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will not bear interest, and the principal will not accumulate.
