Wirex and Chimera Wallet have announced the launch of the Chimera Card, a Bitcoin-based debit card that allows users to spend Bitcoin at over 80 million merchants worldwide. According to NS3.AI, the card offers self-custody of Bitcoin with onchain balance management and facilitates seamless fiat conversion at the point of sale. It is compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
