According to PANews, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government has released the fifth batch of key enterprises, with nearly 40% being overseas companies. These enterprises span sectors such as artificial intelligence, bio-health, and cultural and creative technology. Among them, the blockchain protocol project Polkadot plans to establish a presence in Hong Kong to engage in research and business development.
