- Added /legacypromote : promote users with anonymous admin rights. ( Supports title )
[Use /demote @username to demote or reply to any of the user's old non anonymous msg to demote that user]
- Fixed /paste : pastes both text and file to hastebin.

What problem are we facing?

Getting telegram errors on every callback queries so buttons are not working. Same code runs perfectly on other bots. Deployed completely different repo and got the same errors. Switched servers, still the problem is same.

Errors:
Query is too old, Button data invalid, Query id is invalid, query timeout.

Due to this the other modules are also not working :(
