• All loans require collateral in the form of Telegram NFTs (usernames and numbers only).
• Collateral is transferred to us (escrow wallet) until repayment is complete.

2. Loan Terms
• Loan amount, duration, and repayment deadline are agreed upon before funds are released.
• Interest and fees are disclosed upfront.
• We deal via USD amount, not crypto amount. You owe us USD amount loaned + interest rate upon a successful deal.

3. Default & Liquidation
• If you fail to repay by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to liquidate your collateral.
• Liquidation may involve resale at market or auction.

4. No Guarantees
• @Loan does not guarantee profits, future valuations, or buybacks of collateral.
• All loans are at your own risk.

5. Transparency
• Transactions may be published in this channel for accountability.
