At the Blockchain Life Forum, @Durov unveiled @Cocoon, the Confidential Compute Open Network, a decentralized platform designed for secure and private execution of AI inference. Within this network, app developers will reward GPU owners with TON tokens for processing inference requests, fostering an open ecosystem for confidential AI compute.

Telegram will be the first major adopter, using @Cocoon for private AI queries and investing significantly in its promotion across its global user base, with the network launching in November after gathering applications from interested developers and GPU providers.

- $TON holdings valued at $587.8 million
- Revenue: $3.6 million, up from $0.1 million in Q3 2024
- Book value per share of $10.82

Today, TON Strategy Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Wilson as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2026.

Wilson is a senior fintech executive and global markets professional with more than two decades of experience across financial markets, institutional trading and digital assets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Integral Digital at Integral Development Corp., where he led the firm’s cryptocurrency trading and blockchain-based initiatives globally.

His appointment comes as TON Strategy builds on the treasury framework established in August 2025, with Toncoin staking already in place, a treasury generating meaningful staking revenue, and a continued focus on increasing $TON held per share over time.

In April, The Open Network (“TON”) saw some significant upgrades.

Reduced fees, faster block times, and increased staking rewards all contribute to stronger network performance and improved efficiency across our staking operations.
At the same time, a faster and lower-cost network makes Toncoin easier to use, supporting broader adoption and higher transaction activity over time. This also positions TON as a blockchain of choice for AI agent developers, particularly through Telegram.

Q1 2026 highlights include:
 
➡️Approx. 221.9 million units of $TON held at March 31, 2026, including approx. 221.2 million units staked.
➡️ ~4.29% of all Toncoin is held by TON Strategy Company as of March 31, 2026.
➡️Digital assets held had a fair value of approx. $272 million.
➡️Earned ~2.2 million units of $TON during Q1 of 2026, representing approx. $3 million of staking revenue.
➡️We appointed Kevin Wilson as Chief Executive Officer to lead our next phase of execution.
➡️Supported TON network upgrades that reduced block times, shortened transaction times, and lowered transaction fees.
