🪙 Payment via the Russian Fast Payment System (FPS or SBP) in ShopsBuilder

Our platform supports transfers using the FPS for users in Russia. If you have a legal entity, you can activate this function so that customers automatically receive a payment link.

There are three services available to connect FPS: LifePay, YooKassa, and T-Bank. When selecting LifePay or YooKassa, simply follow the instructions in the “Payments” section in your store settings and fill in the required fields.

If you have T-Bank, send your terminal (cash register) ID and API key to our support service – we will add this payment method to your store. If you encounter difficulties finding this information, please contact the bank's support or the platform.

Please note that in addition to FPS, our platform also allows customers to pay for orders using bank cards, cash, TON, or Telegram Stars ⭐️. Detailed information is available in our Help Center.

🚨 Important Update for Digital Product Sellers

If you sell content, courses, or other digital products, make sure you’ve enabled the Telegram Stars ⭐️ payments. This is a mandatory requirement from Apple. Without it, iPhone users will not be able to complete purchases in your store.

If you prefer to receive payments through alternative methods, you can enable manual payment and add your payment details in the order status via the CRM. This option is available to all users, regardless of device.

/unban <telegram_id> — unblock a user
