π’ A new Instant Funds update is rolling out tomorrow β making it easier to manage your BTC collateral and access key features directly from your wallet.
β Whatβs new:
β’ Easier access to Instant Funds via the BTC Wallet page:
β¦ New entry point in the βMoreβ menu
β’ Add BTC β If you already have an active position, you can now add more BTC to your collateral at any time. This helps lower your current LTV and reduce liquidation risk during market drops.
β’ Withdraw BTC β When your current LTV is below the Max Initial LTV (70%), youβll be able to withdraw part of your pledged BTC back to your wallet. This is especially useful when BTC price increases and your position becomes overcollateralized.
β’ Both features are available through the Adjust Collateral button on the Active Position page.
β° Rollout starts: May 29, 2026

π Update on Miner Wars rewards β weekly BTC pool recalculation
1. How the reward pool works
The Miner Wars BTC reward pool builds up over a weekly cycle (Tuesday through Monday). Each day, rewards are added to the pool based on the hashrate (TH/s) participants contribute. At the end of the cycle, the pool is distributed among players in proportion to their performance in Miner Wars.
2. What happened
In the first calculation, the final day of the cycle (Monday) was counted twice due to a calculation error. As a result, the rewards shown at first were about 14% higher than the real pool β in effect, you saw eight days' worth of rewards for a seven-day cycle.
Because electricity and maintenance is a fixed cost that doesn't change with the reward, even a ~14% error in the gross pool can have a much larger effect on your final take-home (reward minus maintenance). That's why the difference looked bigger than 14% β the correction mostly affects the thin margin left after costs.
3. What we did
We recalculated the cycle correctly, counting each day once. This is why your reward is lower than the first number you saw: the corrected amount reflects the actual reward pool collected for the week.
Important
β’ No funds were lost. The corrected amount is the accurate reward for this cycle.
β’ The first number was inflated by the error and did not match the real pool.
β’ Future cycles are not affected β the calculation has been fixed.
The reward pool is shared among all players, so keeping it accurate is what keeps the game fair for everyone.
We're sorry for the confusion caused by the higher number appearing first.

We found and fixed an error in Miner Wars cycle 145, and we want to be fully transparent about it.
In cycle 145, part of the equipment-maintenance fee - the electricity component - was calculated incorrectly. For part of the reward, the calculation used the average energy efficiency of the league/round instead of each minerβs own efficiency. Because of this, more efficient miners were charged too much for electricity, and less efficient miners were charged too little.
β’ The prize pool (the total BTC distributed across leagues) - correct.
β’ The service fee - correct.
β’ Rounds protected by reward protection - nothing was charged or credited there, so they are unaffected.
Only the electricity part of the maintenance fee was affected.
β’ We recalculated the entire cycle using each minerβs personal energy efficiency, on a separate instance, and verified that every component (prize pool, crediting, service fee, maintenance) is correct.
β’ We kept the maintenance discount you had during the cycle. Where that discount was larger, we honored the larger one - so no one ends up worse off.
β’ We use the exchange rate locked at the time of the cycle for both BTC and GOMINING - not todayβs rate. BTC and GOMINING have dropped since the cycle, so we honor the original (higher) rate rather than recalculating at lower prices. The market drop does not reduce your refund.
β’ If you were overcharged, we are automatically refunding the difference to your wallet, in the same currency you paid in (BTC or GOMINING). *If during the cycle you paid maintenance partly in BTC and partly in GOMINING, your refund may arrive in both.*
β’ If you were undercharged, we are not taking anything back.
β’ You donβt need to do anything - refunds are processed automatically. Crediting may take some time and will be completed within 24 hours of this announcement.
Weβre sorry for the error. Weβve corrected the cycle and are committed to getting Miner Wars rewards right. Refunds are automatic and will be completed within 24 hours of this announcement.
