According to Foresight News, London-listed technology firm The Smarter Web Company has appointed Martin Thomas as an independent non-executive director on its board. Since January 2015, Thomas has been a member of the DEC board, currently serving on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committee.
