According to Foresight News, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) reported that its cryptocurrency futures and options trading volume surpassed $900 billion in the third quarter, marking a historic high. The average daily open interest (ADOI) for these products also reached a new peak of $31.3 billion during the quarter, with nominal open interest (OI) hitting a record $39 billion on September 18.
