According to ChainCatcher, Arkham data reveals that between 16:13 and 16:14, the TON Elector Contract received three substantial TON transfers totaling 4,226,247.68 TON. These transactions originated from different anonymous addresses.
At 16:13, a transfer of 1,431,667.85 TON was made from an anonymous address starting with Ef8omjmK. Another transfer of 1,396,248.43 TON occurred at the same time from an address beginning with Uf9dLxEB.
