Users receive verification codes for other apps in a special chat called 'Verification Codes' – where they can copy the code in one tap.

Detailed User Reports. If you come across a message that violates Telegram's Terms of Service, you can quickly report it to our moderators from any Telegram app.

To report a message, tap on Android, hold on iOS or right-click on Desktop and Web.

The reporting menu has detailed options for every category – improving reports for moderators and helping scale Telegram's AI moderation tools.

Dynamic Video Quality. In large channels, the video player automatically selects a quality level based on your connection – saving data and loading videos faster.

Optimized Videos in Channels. In large channels, Telegram optimizes videos when they are posted – offering subscribers multiple quality settings for the video.

This allows channel owners to post videos in better quality – without impacting subscribers on weaker connections.

Adjust Video Playback Speed. While watching a video, press and hold to quickly speed up playback – and slide right to gradually increase the speed up to 3x.

You can also set videos to always play at any speed from 0.2x to 2.5x by tapping the ⚙️ gear icon in the video player.

Mini Apps: Gifts from Apps. Mini apps can use Telegram Stars on their balance to send gifts to users – for notable achievements and milestones.

Mini Apps: Setting Emoji Status. Premium users can set an emoji status inside mini apps – or give apps permission to automatically change their status.

Mini apps can also integrate APIs from other services – updating your status when you're in a game 🎮 or watching a movie 🍿.

Similarly, location permissions can be used to instantly change your status from at work 💼 to on vacation 🧳.

Mini Apps: Media Sharing. Media and files can be shared directly from mini apps – sending referral codes, custom memes and more to any chat.

Affiliate Programs. Any Telegram user can earn Stars by joining affiliate programs launched by developers.

In Settings > My Stars you can explore the list of available programs and sort them by their start date, total revenue or potential profit.

Tap a program to join it and generate your unique referral link to share with other users. Each time someone you referred makes a purchase in the mini app, you will receive a percentage of the Stars used.

Creating Affiliate Programs. Bots and mini apps can host affiliate programs – a transparent way to quickly scale with organic growth from user referrals.

Developers set a custom commission rate and duration for their affiliate program – dictating what percentage affiliates will receive from qualifying purchases, and for how long.

To start an affiliate program, open the profile page of your mini app, then tap Edit > Affiliate Program.

AI-Powered Sticker Search. The sticker panel supports complex searches with multiple keywords like cat drinking coffee – in dozens of languages.

This is available for Telegram Premium users in the emoji panel as well – instantly returning results from millions of user-created stickers.

You can also quickly get sticker suggestions right from the message bar and use shortcuts to quickly input emoji.

Collages In Stories. The story interface lets you combine up to 6 photos and videos in customizable layouts.

You can add media to collages from your gallery or with the in-app camera. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag them into place. To remove a tile or retake a photo or video, simply tap.

After adding your media, you can adjust your videos and music on a timeline to change their length or volume.
