By using @Loaned, you agree to the following:
1. Collateral Requirement
All loans require collateral in the form of Telegram NFTs (usernames and numbers only, No gifts) & Roblox Limiteds
Collateral is transferred to me until repayment is complete.
2. Loan Terms
Loan amount, duration, and repayment deadline are agreed upon before funds are released.
Interest and fees are disclosed upfront.
We deal via USD amount, not crypto amount. You owe us USD amount loaned + interest rate upon a successful deal.
3. Default & Liquidation
If you fail to repay by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to liquidate your collateral.
Liquidation will involve resale at market or auction.
4. No Guarantees
@Loaned does not guarantee profits, future valuations, or buybacks of collateral.
All loans are at your own risk.
