1) What is the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act (TVCA)? 🚭
To better protect the public, the TVCA will strengthen enforcement against prohibited products, including the use of vaporisers with etomidate. From 1 May 2026, those who commit vaporiser-related offences will face stiffer penalties.
