The new Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act (TVCA) will better protect the public from vaporisers, especially when they contain specified psychoactive substances, through a consolidated legal framework. From 1 May 2026, stronger enforcement against vaporiser-related offences will apply and offenders will face stiffer penalties.
