🚀 Alita Robot v2.14.6 Released

Critical Fix:
• Fixed database migration crash on startup caused by missing semicolons in SQL DO block transformations

What happened:
The idempotency wrappers for `CREATE TYPE ENUM` and `ALTER TABLE ADD CONSTRAINT` statements were missing trailing semicolons after END $$, causing the SQL parser to merge statements incorrectly.

Also fixed:
• Eliminated spurious config warnings for unset optional environment variables

This is a patch release addressing a crash that prevented the bot from starting when AUTO_MIGRATE=true was enabled.
