Some messages are not saved (files, edits, ...), and/or I'm experiencing lag. What should I do?

☐ Unlike clients with similar functionality, AyuGram saves deleted messages to a separate database (DB), without affecting the main Telegram DB.

☐ Furthermore, the storage system attempts to automatically download or cache files before they expire on the server, which increases the chances of saving media.
If this doesn't happen due to technical reasons beyond our control (e.g., no/poor internet connection, a low-end device, etc.), it is not the client's problem. There's no need to complain about it. The edit history and last seen status work on the same principle.

☐ By default, everything is stored in Download/AyuGram/Saved Attachments, but you can change this in the AyuGram settings.

☐ Please note that media files in public chats and channels are not saved by default — you can change this in the settings (tap on «Save attachments» in the spy settings).

☐ The AyuGram DB can be transferred using two links: tg://ayu/db_export and tg://ayu/db_import. Save them to your Saved Messages to use them from there, or use them in the spy feature. You must first grant «All files access» permission; it won't work without it.

☐ If you see out-of-place photos/videos in your gallery, either create a .nomedia file in that folder manually or rename the folder by adding a dot to the beginning of its name.

☐ If deleted messages are only partially displayed, you can see the full history by tapping in a chat ︙ ➝ AyuGram ➝ View deleted messages.

☐ That was for the Android version. On the desktop client, the database is stored at tdata/ayudata.db. The peculiar behavior is that the remote sessions disappear after the client is closed.

☐ You can view the edit history by opening the context menu on a message and selecting History. If this option is not available, please refer to the second paragraph above.

☐ If the app is lagging, read the post about how notifications work. As a last resort, clear the deleted messages, the cache, and both databases.

У меня сохраняются не все удалёнки/история редактирования, также у меня лагает, что делать?!

☐ В отличие от клиентов с аналогичным функционалом, в AyuGram удалёнки сохраняются в отдельную базу данных (далее бд), не затрагивая саму бд Telegram.

☐ Кроме того, система хранения пытается автоматически загрузить или закэшировать файлы до их истечения на сервере, что даёт больше шансов сохранить медиа. Если это не произошло по независящим техническим причинам (отсутствие и/или слабое интернет-соединение, слабое устройство и т.д.), то это уже не проблема клиента, ныть об этом не надо. По такому же принципу работает с историей изменений и последним онлайном.

☐ По умолчанию всё хранится в Download/AyuGram/Saved Attachments, но вы можете изменить это в настройках AyuGram.
Обратите внимание, что медиафайлы в публичных чатах и каналах по умолчанию не сохраняются — вы можете изменить это в настройках (нажмите на «Сохранять вложения» в настройках шпиона).

☐ Перенос бд AyuGram осуществляется с помощью двух ссылок: tg://ayu/db_export и tg://ayu/db_import (сохраните их в избранное и можете оттуда использовать, либо в шпионе), заранее дав разрешение «Доступ ко всем файлам», без него у вас не получится.

☐ Это было для Android, на Desktop бд хранится tdata/ayudata.db. И особенность такова, что после закрытия клиента удалёнки исчезают.

☐ Если лагает, то читаете пост про работу уведомлений. В крайнем случае, чистите удалёнки, кэш и обе бд.

⭐️ Локальный премиум на то и локальный, т.е. фейковый и ненастоящий, который видите только вы сами у себя, и только в AyuGram.
• На Android сохраняется эмодзи статус, цвета цитат и профиля. На ПК нет, и это не баг.
• Не включайте локальный премиум при уже приобретённом Telegram Premium, т.к. могут быть конфликты с премиум функциями.
• После обновления exteraGram и AyuGram Desktop для непремиум пользователей доступны премиум эмодзи, которые будут видны всем пользователям начиная с этих версий и только в клиентах exteraGram и AyuGram (Android & Desktop).
• Публикация историй без купленного Telegram Premium определяется страной номера телефона и «пожизненным» лимитом.
﹡Локальный премиум не расширяет возможности для публикации историй.

• Зачем он тогда нужен, если он локальный?
— Для включения функции «Переводить чаты целиком», но без купленного Telegram Premium он будет подтупливать.

• The publication of stories without a Telegram Premium subscription is governed by the country associated with the phone number and a "lifetime" limit.
﹡Local Premium does not expand the capabilities for publishing stories.

• So, what is the point of it if it’s only local?
— It is used to enable the «Translate entire chats» feature; however, without an official Telegram Premium subscription, this function may experience sluggish performance.
— We recommend purchasing Premium via the official bot, as most features are server-side; otherwise, you will have to accept these limitations. Alternatively, you can try to "bypass" restrictions using plugins — check the channel for more details.

Принцип работы
1. Краткосрочная инверсия:
Клиент на долю секунды изменяет ваши настройки приватности на «Видно всем», фиксирует и показывает статус собеседника и мгновенно возвращает настройки обратно.
2. Мост между аккаунтами:
Если в клиенте авторизовано несколько аккаунтов, система проверяет доступность данных через них.
Например, ваш основной аккаунт не видит статус пользователя из-за настроек приватности "цели", но ваш второй аккаунт не имеет этих ограничений.
В этом случае второй аккаунт выступает в роли моста, перехватывая данные о времени захода и передаёт эту информацию на основной аккаунт.

Principles of operation
1. Short-term inversion:
The client momentarily adjusts your privacy settings to «Everybody» for a fraction of a second, captures and displays the other user's status, and instantly reverts the settings to their original state.
2. Cross-Account bridge:
If multiple accounts are authorized within the client, the system checks data accessibility across all of them.
For instance, if your primary account cannot view a user's status due to the "target's" privacy settings, but your secondary account is not subject to these restrictions, the latter acts as a bridge — capturing the "last seen" data and relaying this information to your primary account.

What are the filters?

They allow to hide messages in channels and chats (as well as in dialogs list) by using regular expressions.

You can use regex101.com to test your expressions. Don't forget to select «Java» flavor.

Shadow ban is the practice of hiding your messages from selected users without adding them to your block list.

Как его использовать?

Where can I get an API key?
• You can get one in the relevant topic on our forum.

What should I do if the API key can't be added or isn't working?
• Usage limit has been reached: Your key's free trial has ended, or it has a zero balance. Create a new account or purchase a paid subscription from the API provider.
• Geographical restrictions: Some AI services are restricted for use in certain countries. Use a VPN or a proxy server to bypass regional restrictions.

How do I use it?
• Replying to an existing message via the context menu.
First, enable the «Generate» option. While in any chat, tap on a message to bring up the context menu, select «Generate», and set the parameters for the response based on your needs.
• Generating new text via the «Send» button.
In the text input field, write your prompt, then long-press the «➡️» button and select «🤖». After that, just wait for the response.

Additional features
• Clearing context.
In the menu that appears when you long-press the «➡️» button, there is a trash can icon «🗑». It completely clears your previous conversation history with the AI. You can also disable history altogether.
• Configuring roles.
For specific and repetitive tasks, you can create and customize roles for the AI.

A: Congratulations, you’ve triggered Telegram’s spam protection. This might have happened because you were messaging, threatening, scamming someone, or your message looked suspicious. And AyuGram has nothing to do with this. To log back into your account, you’ll need to use the official Telegram app and log in via SMS. If your account was linked to a virtual number, unfortunately, we can’t help you.
And any excuses like “I’m not spamming anyone” or “I didn’t do anything shady” will not be accepted

A: Enable «App Content in Task Switcher — Show Content» in the passcode settings

Поговорим о чате.

Чтобы написать что-то в чат, вы должны пройти капчу, это обязательное условие и это никак не обходится/обжалуется.

Чтобы узнать правила, можно воспользоваться командами в чате .rules или /rules, если нет возможности написать, то в боте.

Если не нашли ответа на свой вопрос в FAQ или в чате, то Вы можете написать в тех. поддержку.

Хотите дальше общаться в уютном чате AyuGram или были незаслуженно ограничены, т.е. забанены или в муте?
Заполните форму и мы подумаем¹, также можно подать апелляцию через бота.

Все мы люди, и также устаём, поэтому всем необходим отдых. К делу, чат открыт, но разрешён только текст (да, более смягчённый режим).
Эта мера действует с 00:00 — 09:00 по МСК.

И самое главное... Не писать админам. И что же делать, если нет ответа на "мой вопрос"? Перечитать, что выше написано.
